Hi everyone, Victoria here! Thank you for taking time to get to know TeamVEB! Here is just a little insight in each of us! As a team, we take huge pride in making our bride’s experience a positive one and we all look forward to meeting you in the boutique soon!
Victoria
It has always been my dream to open this boutique. The dream became a reality and to this day, I still have to pinch myself when I walk through the door every morning. My passion for weddings began as a bridesmaid, aged 7, but my obsession with bridal design developed in my teens. During these years I would sneak in to a bridal shop in Bluewater and just stare at the satin and sparkle, without realising this would be my future endeavours. Before opening the boutique, I managed and worked in bridal shops, but felt frustration when the emphasis wasn’t on the bridal experience….before I knew it, Victoria Elaine Bridal was born!
As the Director, my responsibilities are varied, I do everything behind the scenes from ordering to the website! But spending time with brides is my favourite part of the day! That feeling of a bride saying yes with you will never get old!
When I’m away from the boutique, I am Mummy to two little ones primarily, making the most of them before they start school. But the shop is never far from my mind so I am often working from home, blogging on my Disney blog or scrolling new wedding dress collections!

Jenna
Jenna joined #TeamVEB in 2021, returning to work after having her three sons! As our Senior Stylist, Jenna hosts appointments with our brides and is passionate about finding her ladies the perfect dress for them! Honestly, this stylist does not give up, if we have your dress and Jenna is your stylist, she will find it! Coming from a ‘fashion forecasting’ background, Jenna keeps up to date with trends and her strength lies in styling your bridal style to tie in with your wedding theme down to the very last detail.
When Jenna isn’t working, she is Mummy to three energetic boys and often dreaming up a decorating project for her home- which she completes herself! When she isn’t out with her Dachshund, Milo, she can also be found in the gym doing a Mr and Mrs workout with her hubby!

“I love anything elegant with a couture feel. One of our designers, Eddy K, has perfected this with classic cuts and luxury lace and embellishments. When worn, a dress should compliment the bride, not steal her limelight.”
Emma
Isabelle
Emma joined the team in 2026 as our Post Sales Assistant. You will meet Emma after you have said yes to your dress as she will take you through the alterations process, along with our seamstress, Jane. From booking your fittings to saying your final goodbye to us, Emma will be your point of contact throughout it all!
With a background of working within the fashion industry, curating collections and perfecting them throughout the design process, Emma has an abundance of experience with garments, fabrics and making them fit. She has even worked for Victoria Beckham so she definitely knows a thing or two about design and her standards for perfection are very high indeed!
When not in work, Emma is Mummy to her son and helps out with her Husband’s jewellery business…maybe you met her at your engagement ring consultation!

“I got married recently and my dress was very classic and chic with embellished sleeves. I like dresses that get the balance just right between minimalist and having something special that everyone will remember about them.”
Isabelle works with us on a Saturday, supporting Jenna and Victoria during appointments. Her role is to keep our guests refreshed, keep our showroom tidy and answer any enquiries that come in during that time. It sounds simple, but without Isabelle keeping everything together for us, we would be in complete disarray on a busy Saturday!
When not in work, Isabelle is studying textiles for her A-levels and dreaming of a career in bridal design…so don’t be alarmed if she is watching your appointment like a hawk, your dress may just inspire her first collection!

Jane- Seamstress
Jane is a freelance bridal seamstress with 40 years experience in the business! A talented seamstress is always a busy one, and Jane is certainly that! As well as working from Victoria Elaine Bridal with our #vebrides, she also works with another two popular boutiques as well as hosting private appointments from her home studio. You will meet Jane in your first alterations fitting in store, and then visit her private studio for the remainder of your fitting journey to allow you more flexibility in your appointments the closer to the wedding you get.
