I came to Victoria Elaine Bridal back in March in the hopes to find my dream wedding dress. Not being the most body confident, I was so nervous that I wouldn’t find anything I liked and that I may not get that “this is the one!!” moment. Amy was so welcoming from the outset, knowledgable, gave suggestions and really encouraged me to try dresses on that were a little out of my comfort zone. Amy made me feel so comfortable and confident, and the whole experience was really so enjoyable I wish I could do it again. Thank you so much to Amy, I found the dress beyond my dreams and I am so grateful to Amy for making the whole experience unforgettable. 5 stars is simply not enough 🫶🏻

Let me start with the most important detail, I’m getting married April 2026 and I’m currently 7 months pregnant. Now due to this, along with my Disney obsession, I knew I needed to find my dress before the baby arrived. Victoria Elaine Bridal are miles away from where I live but they’re one of the largest stockists of Allure Bridal Disney fairytale wedding dresses in the UK so of course I was going to make the trip! It all started with an Instagram message, I was unsure whether I’d be able to try dresses on and if it might be best to wait until after the baby was born but Victoria reassured me that I was right to do it now. Granted the dress I loved most was gone. However they were having a Disney day where they would have even MORE of the collection in so of course I booked an appointment for that specific day just bringing my sister & mum with me. Again they were concerned but the process was explained to them and off we got hunting for an A-line dress in Aurora, Tiana or Rapunzel styles within my mums budget. I tended to pick a few of the Auroras but I did try a Snow White, Pocahontas and Jasmine too. They were so good with wrangling me into these dresses despite my very round baby bump, 10 dresses or so in the appointment time too.

Now the first time I put my dress on it didn’t feel finished, I was swishing it and baby was kicking in approval so I asked if we could do an off-shoulder sleeve detail. Once it was pinned I was in love! My mum cried which set me off of course. However I carried on trying just to make sure it was “THE ONE” and there was a close contender (not Disney) it had pockets, my sister cried seeing me in it, but I kept comparing it to the Aurora. Back in I went to try the Aurora back on, baby is kicking in approval (again), I just cried before even stepping back out and this time being put in a veil with tiara made us all cry! Yup. That was my dress, off-shoulder sleeves pinned in place, tiara on my head and I felt like a Princess bride.

Honestly I didn’t expect to find my dress but Victoria and her whole team were just fantastic from start to finish. It takes 6 months for the Disney dresses to be hand made so at the latest I could have ordered one was August. I’m so excited to go back for alterations and fall in love with my dress all over again! I know we are in safe hands. Not to mention today I came home to a lovely little “thank you” card from them. Couldn’t rate these ladies highly enough, book the appointment, you won’t be disappointed.

My experience here was absolutely amazing when I went to try on bridal gowns- I even found the one! As soon as you walk in you're welcomed with open arms, the whole experience was customised to me, highly recommend to everyone and anyone!!

I attended with my daughter. The service was fantastic and Jenna who was helping my daughter couldn't do enough to help her in choosing her dress. We didn't feel rushed.

As mother of the bride , I can personally say that I will always remember the day that my daughter found 'the dress' because of the lovely experience and service that we received.

Honestly 5 starts is no where near enough for Victoria Elaine Bridal. I can’t thank Jenna and Amy enough. Yesterday I had my first ever appointment to find my wedding dress and I was so happy to say yes to the dress, even better knowing it was the first dress I fell in love with. Upgrading to the VIB package is well worth it, the personal touches are amazing. Amy is so lovely and makes amazing cocktails, her positivity really boosted my confidence. Jenna was wonderful, listened to what my thoughts were and picked out some beautiful dresses. Can’t thank her enough for putting me at ease and giving me such a confidence boost with every dress I tried on. Thank you all for everything!

The team at Victoria Elaine have been amazing. They managed to fit me in for a very last minute appointment and was very accommodating. The disney collection was the main reason I choose this shop and loved seeing the variety of dresses.

Jenna was so helpful and made me feel really comfortable. Jenna was always there to answer any questions and didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. I don't live near the shop so it's been nice to get any updates by email.
