24 Mar COVID-19 Update
It is with a heavy heart that we have been forced to temporarily close the boutique while the nation battles the health crisis, COVID-19.
The safety of our customers and staff will always remain the priority of the business. And in any appointment based outlet, it’s impossible to maintain appropriate social distancing.
For the brides who were booked in for appointments until 13th April, you have been notified via e-mail of the cancellation. We will be in contact to reschedule in due course.
For the brides with upcoming weddings. There are no words. Our hearts go out to you and we promise to work with you to get you ready for the existing wedding date or your new one. We have been in contact via email with suggestions of how we move forward. Please do let us know if your wedding date has changed as this will impact when we need to alter your gowns. If your gown is at the boutique, I securely locked up the unit this morning (24/3/20) and the arcade is now fully closed and secure also. Your gown is safe. If your gown is with Jane, the seamstress, she will complete all the agreed work during the lockdown and be able to resume fittings as soon we are free to do so.
We will be closely monitoring e-mails, social media and having our phone calls redirected. If you have an enquiry, please do contact us via email@example.com in the first instance. All of our designers are still working from home and will be processing orders/ deliveries so we may even be in touch to say your gown has arrived!
Until we resume normal practice, please follow us on Facebook and Instagram. We will be coming up with ways to support our #vebrides and #futurevebrides during this confusing time. This will include ‘lives’ so do look out for these!
Finally, this is not a goodbye. This is See You Soon. We are going to get through this, it isn’t forever. We can’t wait until we are back with our brides in the boutique!
