When opening the boutique, the primary aim was to provide brides with a bridal experience that they have dreamed of. Over the years, we have collectively heard of experiences where brides have felt rushed, pressured or, and this is the worst one, not very special.
We make sure there are personalised touches, a luxury environment and doting staff to make you feel relaxed to enjoy YOUR moment. Our brides have said their bridal experience with us was unrivalled compared to other experiences. And yes, we do offer you prosecco on arrival!
One thing to note is we DO NOT pressure sell. We want to help brides find their dream gown, not the gown we wish to sell them. With our experience, our stylists will recognise when you truly love a gown and only then we will ask that all important question….’Is that a Yes to the dress?’
It’s very important that your bridal experience doesn’t stop as soon as you have said ‘Yes’ either. I won’t ruin the surprise and say what we do, but if you become a #vebride, we certainly do not forget you!

Our bridal shop in Maidstone may have opened in 2018, but #TeamVEB’s experience goes back much further! With a passion for bridal, Victoria has followed bridal trends since the age of seven with experience of managing other bridal shops. The rest of the team have over 10 years’ experience between them too!
When hiring a team to assist in the running of the boutique and hosting appointments, Victoria Elaine Bridal hit the jackpot! TeamVEB is not only experienced and fully trained but believe in our bridal experience ethos just as much as Victoria does. The passion they have to assist the brides and the friendly, knowledgeable service is the best around (and again commented upon in our reviews).

Luxurious, family run boutique
From the minute you step in to our glamourous bridal shop in Maidstone, we would hope you appreciate the environment and space you have to explore.
We purposely do not crowd the rails or showroom as we want you to be able to properly look at our products. We do not want you to feel cramped or restricted in anyway, but instead take in the surroundings and being comfortable.
As a team, we take great pride in our window displays to showcase the gowns and boutique. Most of our decorations are handmade by us so it’s fair to say a lot of love goes into each week’s display!
Our private changing suites are where you spend much of your time with us. Currently we have two (will be more in the future), a large space for bigger groups and a smaller one for fittings or a bride and one guest. Our brides love that we do not have you changing in view of the shop or even worse, the passers by. You and your guests can relax and enjoy your own part of the boutique in privacy.

We carry a wide range of designers, all with different attributes and price ranges. For the ladies looking for something a bit different to other bridal shops in Maidstone, we have Hayley Paige. A US designer who bridal gowns are unlike any other designer. By designing a lot of her own fabrics, her style becomes truly unique. She is also featured on ‘Say Yes to the Dress’.

For luxury, we have the Couture and Sky collections by Eddy K. Eddy K is the leading Italian bridal designer and is taking New York by storm. You can expect lots of beading and sparkle from these gowns with their Italian laces and tulle adding a luxury feel to them.

Our newest designer to be stocked here in the New Year is Eliza and Ethan. An L.A. based label whose fashion forward designs offer a different variation to a classic bridal gown. We are looking forward to having their gowns in store from January onwards.

Complete your look in one place- Accessories
Not only do we have a great selection of bridal gowns, we also have one of the largest accessory collections in the bridal shops in Maidstone. We ensure we have everything a bride could need to complete her wedding day look from the petticoats to the veil. We even have a range of bridal trainers which are proving to be popular!
*A piece of advice* It is really difficult to buy a veil to match your gown when you aren’t wearing it. If you were to buy one accessory when you order your gown, go for the veil!
In house alteration service
Once we give you the phone call to say your gown has arrived, it will be the time to book in your alterations. Our seamstress, Jane, is marvellous and has decades of experience. We share her with another boutique and she also runs a private service from her studio at home- you want a seamstress that is in demand such as Jane!
We price the typical things brides need altered as a package price, which the stylist will go through with you at time of purchase. Should you discover you need additional work than this in your first fitting, Jane will explain the costing so you are always aware of what you will pay.
We run our alterations on a Thursday so we can offer an evening fitting to try and accommodate your busy schedules too!
When a bride says that all important ‘Yes’!
Obviously, our aim in the boutique is to assist you in finding your dream bridal gown and we do that in a relaxed manner, so it is an enjoyable experience. We want this to continue beyond you saying Yes too. As soon as you place an order, you become one our #vebride’s, which means you become part of our bridal family.
We closely monitor your orders and keep the communication flowing with you as and when is needed to not to overwhelm you. We regularly have brides asking styling tips or recommendations after their appointment and we are only too pleased to help!
Our future aim is to build up a community for our #vebride’s so the benefits of buying with us go beyond your wedding. Look out in 2020 for the special offers we do for our bride’s after they already brought their gowns or even had their weddings!
